There are many different definitions of what qualifies as a muscle car. The most frequent definition is any car with a large and powerful engine, usually V8, and an ordinary suspension and not expensive. Using this definition, huge cars like the Chevy Impala and even compacts like the Chevy Nova made the list. There is room for pony cars like the Camaro and Mustang. And the car should be relatively cheap, so Corvette and Viper is not on the list, besides both cars referred to supercars.
All muscle cars made in US could be divided into 5 groups by class. Old school muscle cars only.
